This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).
What information is collected
When you browse the website
The website has no account, login, comments or newsletter, and no advertising or analytics trackers. The only outside service the page loads is Google Fonts (see below). Like every website, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, which are used only to keep the site secure and working.
When you make an enquiry
The enquiry form on this website does not send or store anything. It simply writes a WhatsApp message on your device, which you can review and choose to send. If you contact Aqua Todo by WhatsApp, phone or email, the information you choose to share is received, usually:
- your name and phone number or email address
- your car's make and model
- your area, resort or address for the appointment
- photos of your car, if you send them for a recommendation
- anything else you include in your message
When you book a service
To carry out and invoice the work, the appointment date, address, service booked, price paid and, where an invoice is requested, your billing details are recorded.

Your information is never sold, and it is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long information is kept
- Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer and booking details: for as long as you remain a customer, and up to 3 years after your last service so that future bookings and coating top-ups can be matched to your car.
- Invoices and accounting records: 6 years, as required by the Spanish Commercial Code.
- Server logs: as set by the hosting provider, normally a few weeks.
Photos of vehicles
Finished cars are sometimes photographed to show the quality of the work on this website and on social media. These photos focus on the car, not on people. Number plates are hidden or kept out of shot, and house numbers or other details that could identify your home are avoided.
If you'd rather your car wasn't photographed or shared, just say so at any time, before or after the appointment, and any published photo will be removed.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to:
- see the personal information held about you (access)
- correct anything that is wrong (rectification)
- have your information deleted (erasure)
- limit or object to how it is used (restriction and objection)
- receive your information in a portable format (portability)
- withdraw any consent you've given
To make a request, email info@aquatodo.es or send a WhatsApp to +34 711 03 95 37. You'll get a reply within one month. Information needed for legal accounting obligations may have to be kept even if you ask for it to be deleted.
If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at aepd.es.
How your information is protected
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Customer details are kept on password-protected devices and accounts, and only the business owner has access to them. In the unlikely event of a data breach that puts your rights at risk, you and the Spanish Data Protection Agency will be informed as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the website or the way the business works changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
