Everything you need to know before arranging your appointment.
Do I need to provide water and electricity?
Yes. Access to an outside tap and a power socket near where the car is parked is needed. If that might be tricky at your place, mention it when you book and a solution can usually be found.
What's included in the Deluxe?
A thorough exterior wash, wheels cleaned including the barrels, glass inside and out, a deep interior vacuum, dashboard, trims and plastics cleaned, light trim protection and a ceramic paint sealant for gloss and lasting protection.
How much does it cost?
Valeting: the Basic is €60, the Deluxe is €95 and the Full Treatment is €150. Ceramic packages: Refresh is €215, Enhance is €350 and Elevate is €550. The price depends only on the package you choose. It's the same whatever the size of your car.
What's the difference between a valet and paint correction?
A valet cleans the car inside and out. Paint correction goes further: the paint is machine polished to remove swirls, haze and light marks, so it looks genuinely glossy again. Enhance and Elevate include a full two-step correction, and Refresh includes a single stage.
Will a ceramic coating stop scratches?
No coating makes paint scratch-proof or stops stone chips. What it does is add gloss, block UV and make water and dirt slide off, so the car stays cleaner and is much easier to wash.
Which ceramic package should I choose?
Refresh gives tired paint a quick lift and lasts up to 6 months. Enhance is the best value for a car you plan to keep, lasting up to 2 years. Elevate gives the longest protection, up to 4 years, and is ideal for newer or prestige cars.
How do I keep a coating at its best?
Wash it regularly with a pH-neutral shampoo, and book the annual HD Hydro Topper for €150. The base coating is checked and a fresh top layer applied to keep the gloss and water beading strong.
Is it safe for my paintwork?
Yes. Washing with the wrong technique is what damages paint, so the right equipment, pH-neutral products and careful hand finishing are used on every car.

Travel beyond these areas can usually be arranged with a quote.
Do you come to golf resorts and urbanisations?
Yes, appointments are often in residential communities. Send your location on WhatsApp to confirm it's covered.
Is this a mobile car wash?
Yes, and more than a wash. Every car is hand washed and hand dried at your home, villa or resort, with no automatic brushes. Packages go from a quick exterior and interior clean up to full valeting, machine polishing and ceramic coating.
Do you wax cars?
The Deluxe and Full Treatment include a ceramic paint sealant, a modern alternative to traditional car wax that lasts longer and copes better with the heat. For protection measured in years rather than months, the ceramic coating packages go further.
Can swirl marks and dull paint be removed?
Yes. Swirls, haze and light marks are removed with machine polishing, also called paint correction. Enhance and Elevate include a full two-step correction, and Refresh includes a single stage. Deep scratches through the clear coat can't always be polished out completely.
Can stains be cleaned out of seats and carpets?
Most can. Seats, carpets and mats are vacuumed and cleaned, leather is cleaned and conditioned in the Full Treatment, and tougher stains can be tackled with a steam clean. Mention any problem areas when you book.
